What are we looking for?

Pulse iD seeks a dynamic AI Product Manager to lead our pioneering AI rewards initiatives. This remote role, ideally situated within ±2 hours of GMT+6, offers a unique opportunity to shape the AI product roadmap and make significant contributions to our loyalty infrastructure platform’s evolution.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Product Roadmap Development : Strategically develop and implement the AI product roadmap, focusing on AI-enhanced loyalty and rewards schemes.
• Strategic Initiative Leadership : Take complete ownership of AI rewards initiatives, aligning them with our business objectives.
• Collaborative Engagement : Engage with data scientists, AI/ML engineers, and various teams to deliver cutting-edge AI solutions.
• Domain Expertise : Maintain deep knowledge of the loyalty, rewards, finance, and payment industries to inform product development.
• Client Interaction and Support : Actively participate in client discussions, supporting sales and marketing teams with insights and collateral.
• Independent Leadership : Operate as an independent contributor while effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background : Degree in Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Professional Experience : Demonstrated success as a Product Manager in AI or data-centric products.
• Industry Knowledge : Robust understanding of the loyalty and rewards domain, preferably with experience in the financial/banking and payment industries.
• Technical Proficiency : Knowledgeable in AI/ML technologies and their application in product development.
• Communication Skills : Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Client Engagement : Ability to engage with clients, supporting sales and marketing initiatives.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce, merchant, and acquiring business domains is advantageous.
• Familiarity with working in remote and diverse team environments.

Reporting Line:

The AI Product Manager will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
