+ Creatively use different communication formats such as live events, videos, presentations and emails. Recommends what channels are most appropriate for the target audience and drive execution from start to finish.
+ Serve as the 'go to' operational expert for the Communications team, handling budget management, expense tracking and ensuring all administrative processes run smoothly.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
+ Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business or related field.
+ Minimum 1 year of experience in public relations, events management or employer branding.
+ Dynamic communicator with a strong track record of partnering with senior executives, deep business acumen, and a passion for storytelling that supports business growth.
+ Thrive in fast-paced environments, bring creativity to how we engage stakeholders, and lead day-to-day execution of multiple projects.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across all levels.
+ Willingness to travel (10%-30%).

+ High School diploma or equivalent.
+ 10-15 years as Head of Kitchen in a 4 / 5-star category hotel or individual restaurants with high standards.
+ At least 8 years of experience as a Main Chef.
+ Up to date with sanitation classes.
+ Possess a valid health certificate.
+ Good command in English, both verbal and written to meet business needs.
+ Work experience in similar capacity with international chain hotels.
+ A major in cooking, advantageous.
