JOB PURPOSE

Unilever is the place where you can bring your purpose to life with the work that you do – creating a better business and a better world.  If you are passionate about enabling senior leadership decision making by identifying the key drivers of KPIs by building causal models and scale successful models both in design and on ground execution of sales and distribution, then this role is just for you! You would execute deep, complex quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights. You will be supporting projects under development that can improve the performance of the KPIs in Sales, Distribution and Merchandising.
 

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

  • Deep dive into assessment of key drivers for key performance indicators (KPIs) by drawing relevant business hypothesis and quantify the impact of these drivers on the relevant KPI.

  • Be responsible for defining and improving key metrics and communicating business trends to leadership.

  • Work closely with the business/ product teams to enable data driven decision making.

  • Think at scale and integrate solutions into product systems.

  • Be responsible for assortment planning and demand capture efficiency in the sales and distribution network for the company.

  • Identify stock keeping units (SKUs) which can be categorized as Cousin-SKUs and guide the sales team to effectively manage sales & distribution.

  • Analyze and enable senior management on service mix model and Route-to Market (RTM) excellence.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experiences & Qualifications

Candidate should:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Management.

  • Have 2-3 years of experience in sales and retail innovations, preferably in an FMCG environment.

  • Previous work experience in FMCG route to market related roles would be an added advantage.

  • Have proficiency in SQL, Power BI, other scripting languages (R, Python, etc.) will be an added advantage.
