ASSISTANT - TALENT ACQUISITION - SERVICE DELIVERY
To ensure all operational activities related to the Talent Acquisition Service Delivery Team for Legato HR Operations are implemented in a timely and effective manner based on SLAs, whilst contributing towards executing process improvement opportunities, driving and achieving a performance driven culture through all internal & external stakeholders, thereby attaining a high level of stakeholder satisfaction, meeting business and operations excellence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end to end talent acquisition for internal and staff positions
- Create a CV pool for potential and ready now candidates – across both manufacturing and front-end roles.
- Survey and assess the talent market and potential candidate profiling.
- Conduct passive searches where required to support recruiter.
- Build networks, while working closely with the COE on MAS reach across professional, University and student bodies.
- Study divisional requirements - network with all divisions to understand and map out seasonal roles, assess frequency of recruitment, niche skills, future potential etc…
- Update talent profiling map and divisional catalogues.
- Provide insight to HRSS mgt and COE on applicant's profiles.
- Manage intern data base - to build an alumni as an additional sourcing pool.
- Manage the CV digital platform and also work with the comms team to design communication material.
QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE
- Following a degree in HR/Business level field or any Professional qualifications related to HR.
- 1-2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with Microsoft office packages
