JOB TITLE: Corporate Finance Analyst

FUNCTION: Finance

SENIORITY: Experienced Non-Management Level

LOCATION: Sri Lanka

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The role, working together with the Finance Team, will be responsible coordinate, execute and assist activities to provide value added, transactional finance services to the business.

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

• Drive Accounts Payable (AP) function with compliance to global operating model
• Act as a customer centric business partner in the execution of CTC’s transactional finance activities
• Ensure all SAP Operational Excellence metrics are achieved by coordinating with the relevant sub functions
• Maintain effective work relationships with GBS teams as SPOC, vendors and all other internal stakeholders
• Monitor SLA’s with GBS Finance teams
• Accurate and timely forecasting of cash outflows involved by AP, supporting overall CF forecasting
• Continuous educating of internal stakeholders on the AP related processes
• Identify initiatives of simplification and automation to enhance process efficiencies and effectiveness

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and Finance or any other Finance related professional qualification
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision 
• High level of skill in MS Office & ERP/SAP
• Experience and knowledge in accounting standards and principles 
• Leadership Skills with sound collaboration & communication skills
• Effective Stakeholder engagement with internal and external stakeholders
