Job Description

We are passionate about finding the best talent to drive our organization forward. As a leading player in the industry, we understand the critical role that data plays in making informed decisions in the talent acquisition domain. We are looking for a talented and motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team and help us leverage data-driven insights to build an exceptional workforce.

As a Data Analyst in the Talent Acquisition domain, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our recruitment processes. Your insights will empower our team to make strategic decisions and improve our talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics related to recruitment, including time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to define data requirements and develop data collection processes.
  • Utilize statistical analysis to evaluate the impact of different recruitment strategies and initiatives.
  • Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency improvement within the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights and communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in data analysis within the talent acquisition domain.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, or Business Analytics.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role, with a focus on HR or talent acquisition data preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Prior experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HR software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
