Executive - Human Resources (Sleekline, Nittabuwa)

Being in the business for over 17 years, MAS Active is a prestigious establishment in Sri Lanka focusing on Activewear, Athleisure, Performance wear and Men’s essentials.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting preliminary interviews for executives & below, the subsequent recruitment activities and ensure availability of all facilities / system access at the time of recruitment attend to all staff related correspondence
• Actively participate at KPI meetings prepare, maintain and update documents / reports, assist in carrying out activities initiated to ensure conformity
• Communicate system errors / bugs to the respective technical support team and update the users accordingly
• Follow -up on performance appraisals, issue relevant letters, maintain the currency of the job descriptions, conduct exit interviews and update feedback
• Execute staff welfare measures by negotiating with vendors for best terms, ensuring continuous improvement and be part of organizing the annual staff events & budgeting process
• Ensure proper employee database management in a methodical manner in order to facilitate effective and accurate retrieval
