Full Job Description
- Handle the recruitment process end-to-end.
- Responsible for administration of employee information and
personal documents with attention to detail.
- Handle
EPF/ETF and employee inquiries, providing support on HR-related
matters.
- Responsible of ensuring the employee services
requests such as letter requests are delivered on time.
- Assist in planning and execution of various engagement
initiatives and provide ongoing support and follow up annual
engagement project timelines.
- Carrying out strategic HR
initiatives and special HR projects.
- Partnering with
managers to support employee development and engagement
initiatives.
- Assisting in activities pertaining to
Performance management, learning and development, company surveys,
branding.
- Consolidate monthly HR operational data for
the management review.
- Accountable for on time updating
of HR data bases.
- Responsible for conducting
probationary evaluations.
- Handle the end-to-end
offboarding process.
- Prepare and analyse data for
monthly reporting.
- Leave management, including tracking
and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and
verbal
- Positive attitude and a ‘can do’ approach to
the position and ability to work autonomously
- Min. 4
- 5 year work experience preferably in the IT industry
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business management or equivalent.
- Proven track record in payroll.
- Excellent literacy in MS Excel for data analysis and
reporting.
- Strong organizing skills and attention to
detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
