Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with team members to conceptualize and execute creative design solutions
• Designing and producing visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing materials, websites, social media, and other platforms
• Creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing collateral
• Conducting market research and staying up-to-date with design trends to produce fresh and innovative ideas
• Communicating and presenting design concepts to team members and clients
• Collaborating with external vendors and printers to ensure quality and timely delivery of printed materials
• Managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and project requirements
• Conducting regular quality checks on designs and providing feedback for improvement

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a professional setting
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in digital and print media
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
