Job Description
Be part of our client's team as an In-House Legal Counsel ,
where your expertise will be the cornerstone of their legal
operations. Your pivotal role involves providing strategic legal
advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including esteemed
business leaders, managers, and various departments across the Group.

contracts, and offer invaluable insights on the legal implications

What
do you need to succeed?
- Proven experience as
in-house legal counsel or in a similar capacity
- Bachelor of Law degree
- Graduate Diploma of Legal
Practice
- Exceptional written and verbal English
communication skills
- Deep expertise in technology
law, intellectual property matters, and regulatory compliance within
the ICT industry
- Proficiency in contract negotiation,
drafting, and management
- Experience in risk
assessment, compliance programs, and dispute resolution
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in the ICT
landscape
- Admitted to practice law in Australia, New
Zealand, or Singapore (preferred)
- Strong
understanding of employment laws (advantageous)
- Outstanding organizational skills and an aptitude for contract
management solutions
- Dedicated and engaged approach
to administrative work

- Review, negotiate,
and assess contracts with stakeholders and external parties

policies, and implement compliance programs
- Draft,
review, and negotiate various legal documents
- Manage
and oversee legal disputes, collaborate with external counsel
- Work cross-functionally to address legal responsibilities
