Infrastructure Specialist

Join our team as an Infrastructure Specialist and take charge of designing, implementing, and maintaining our cutting-edge WAN, LAN, and VPN networks. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to deploy, upgrade, and manage server operating systems, including 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019.  As a key contributor to our global technology strategy, you'll help shape the future of our organization. You'll also play a critical role in ensuring the overall efficiency and process improvement of our growing technology function. To do so, you'll provide best practice guidance and support, while continuously developing and improving processes. 

This is a full-time permanent position, operating out of our office in Colombo. To provide the best experience to our people, this role would operate mostly out of our office with some work-from-home days.   

A bit about you

These skills and experience are preferred, but not essential. If you think you’ve got what we need, we want to hear from you. 

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university and product certifications related to Infrastructure. 

• 5+ years hands on experience in Designing, deploying, and managing enterprise systems and infrastructure. 

• Training Certifications by Vendors (AWS, Azure, Cisco, Fortinet) 

• Experience in Agile methodologies 

• Experience in Project Management tools usage (Ex: JIRA, ASANA, TRELLO) 

• Experience organization wide patch management (MECM, Intune) 

You will have hands on experience in systems infrastructure and in handling complex projects. Your time management and task prioritization skills will be the catalyst to your success in this role.
