MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRTATION (MAS NOYON LANKA - BIYAGAMA)

Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Noyon – HR team as a Manager - Human Resources and Administration
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to the development of the organization by providing advise/guidance on all aspects related to human resources and develop/ implement organization-wide HR management strategies.
- Ensure all organizational manpower requirements are identified, fulfil requirements as per the timelines, oversee the development of future manpower plans/budgets.
- Proactively participate and represent the company in all allocated projects by the central team such as LRP (Long Range Plan) Talent Review, Organization design, welfare, etc.
- Aligning & implementing the payroll and benefits system and ensure that the business requirements are achieved.
- Lead the Performance Management process of the company, guide and advise the management on all Performance Management aspect
- Ensure the training and development needs of all employees.
- Monitor activities of employees and evaluate team performance, provide feedback and identify required development interventions.
- Ensure succession plans are implemented, initiate appropriate development interventions
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Degree or Professional qualification in Human Resources
- Minimum of 6- 8 years relevant experience
- Excellent Communication / Facilitation / Strong Analytical Skills
