Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the effective and efficient implementation and operation of HR business processes, functions and procedures. Provide high quality leadership in managing business oriented HR operational functions in a proactive manner is a compulsory prerequisite associated with this position. Define and set compensation strategy for the organization, review and maintain a competitive pay structure on par with the market standards.
