Are you looking for an opportunity to support the development and implementation of projects and programs across a complex matrixed team?  If so, this is the role for you.

As General Multi-Disciplinary HR Professional you will manage the execution of projects across the portfolio. You will also be responsible for assisting in the establishment of appropriate mechanisms to track and report on program utilization and contribute to value on investment positioning.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career.  These responsibilities include some of the following:

Meet all target medical professionals and HCPs according to Haleon guidelines and meet at least 15 to 20 doctors per day and also covering a range of 5 leading pharmaceutical establishment in the given territory and create brand awareness among them in a strategic manner.

Medical Professionals will include.

o Key Opinion Leaders (Key Opinion Leaders)

o Dental Fraternity

o Medical Fraternity

o Consultants

o Nutritionists

  • Report to the territorial distributors at 8.00 am daily and give the daily call reports (DCR) to the respective Medical Marketing Coordinator and Market Intelligence Reports.

  • Work closely with sales representatives to enable that company RD targets are met and coordinate with them on medical marketing activities

  • Maintain and ensure movements of all GSK Pharma products and prepare reconciliations of both trading and sample goods to and from the medical fraternity.

  • Maintain running charts clearly specifying the breakup of usage for both official mileage and private mileage.

Customer Focus - Focusing the team/organization on adding value to customers and taking actions to build customer value. • Influence - Using persuasive arguments, the goals and interests of others and alliance formation to build support for ideas, strategies, decisions and organizational change

New vacancy in North province  / Eastern province / North central province ,North western province  areas .

Communication - Making clear and concise presentations, which are enhanced by visual and non-visual aids and establishing an effective communication process. • Information Search - Gathering a rich variety of information from many different sources about events, issues and situations occurring inside and outside your area. • Building Relationships - Finding out and encouraging others to express openly their real thoughts and feelings.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • School Levers – Completed O/L or A/L

  • A Level Diploma, Advance colleges Diploma.

  • 1+ years in a large multi-national working environment.

  • 1+ year’s Marketing/ Sales experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 Years work experience Work experience in Southern & Uva province

  • Must have 3 languages (English, Sinhala, Tamil)
