Potential Role Overview

The role, if initiated, would involve drafting, revising, and managing internal policy and procedure documentation in alignment with ISO 9001 quality management standards. Collaboration with different departments to ensure cohesive and comprehensive policies would be essential.

Potential Responsibilities

• Drafting, editing, and revising policies and procedures in line with ISO 9001 standards
• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Preparing the organization for internal and external audits
• Monitoring changes in regulations and updating documentation as necessary
• Training and educating employees on new or revised policies
• Developing and maintaining an easily accessible policy and procedure library

Potential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Law, English, Communications, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in policy writing, preferably with expertise in ISO 9001 compliance
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Quality Management Systems
