Project Manager

Job Description

• Monitor and forecast manpower requirement at Site on a daily basis
• Update project reviews and progress reports and escalate it to required levels in necessary intervals
• Attend Progress meetings with necessary information with project stakeholders
• Responsible for the overall delivery of projects ensuring smooth resource planning and management across various projects for the respective sub-portfolio assigned if any.
• Adhere to the PM methodology with standards for governance, documentation, and data.
• Evaluate and monitor schedules, budgets and other project activities.
• Measure and report project progress to the management.
• Provide inputs to improve existing project management practice in the organization
• Liaise with customers, internal stakeholders and principals to address needs, concerns, and expectations of the stakeholders in planning and executing the project
• Establish, maintain and carry out communication with all internal and external stakeholders in an effective and collaborative manner
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Implement project activities by resourcing, scheduling, prioritization and task coordination as per the project management plan
• Track progress towards project goals and provide status updates regularly to all internal and external stakeholders.

Person Specification

• Degree or diploma in electrical/ telecommunication engineering or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• PMP Certification or PRINCE2 is recommended
• Minimum of 4 years experience in a project management role.
• 2 to 3 years of experience in active/passive network infrastructure project
• 3+ Years in managing complex projects & programs
