SALES ENGINEER - HVAC  

HNDE or equivalent qualifications with 8+ years experience in the field of HVAC.                     
Ability to preparing and developing technical presentation to explain company services to customers.
Ability to create proposals and quotations that align with project specifications and budget requirement.
Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with clients to secure projects and maintain relationship. 
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are executed according to client requirments.      
Able to act on own initiative and proactive way. 
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.                        
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.                      
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.                                
Ability to work pressurize condition and long hours.
