Senior Executive - Marketing (Industrial / Solar Sales)

Job Summary:

Responsible for promoting the company product portfolio in the industrial and solar segments for current and new clients whilst providing them adequate awareness on the company offerings and technical data of the products to position the company products at the top brand in the country in relevant market segments through different marketing and sales strategies. Also will have to coordinate with production and logistics team in the order realization and follow up the debt collections within the due time lines. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute an effective marketing strategy, along with short-term and long-term plans, to drive growth in Solar project sales, achieve profitability, and meet collection targets through effective management of key project customers in Solar Industry.
• Implement the established business plan to expand our Projects customer in the solar industry by establishing strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Solar Installers, Builders, Contractors, Fabricators, Engineers, Government Authorities, and others who are interested in the solar installation, ensuring a robust company presence in the Solar installation industry.
• Penetrate the market and raise customer awareness about our services and product offerings for Aluminium Solar Structures. Understand clients' needs and provide innovative solutions through product recommendations while promptly addressing customer inquiries.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events to enhance our corporate brand, strengthen customer relationships, conduct market research, and closely monitor the outcomes of these promotional activities in the Solar Industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
• Professional qualifications in Sales & Marketing or partial qualifications from SLIM or CIM (UK).
• Successful completion of GCE Advance Level, preferably in the Mathematics or Science stream.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive role with exposure to corporate sales, preferably in the Solar, Engineering Products or Aluminium industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• An engineering background is considered as an added advantage
