SENIOR EXECUTIVE - ENVIRONMENTAL SUSTAINABILITY (MAS SILUETA - BIYAGAMA)

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join our Plant Maintenance team at MAS Silueta to execute environmental sustainability related initiatives across the SBU and for all sites within the company scope whilst, following up the accurate and timely performance thereby effectively meeting organization’s internal/ external environmental sustainability standards

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain the required standards at internal and external environmental sustainability assessment tools and audits in the plant
• Engage relevant stakeholders in consultation with management to identify, implement and monitor agreed upon environmental initiatives/activities 
• Implement new strategies, develop innovative methods of handling energy, emissions, water and waste in an effective manner by constantly researching on new technologies
• Implement programs to create awareness on environment among employees and help improve organizational culture 

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Environmental science or any related degree
• 2-3 years of relevant work experience
• Communication Skills
