Ansell is looking for a Stage Gate Project Manager to join our team in Sri Lanka .

In this position you will play a vital role in owning the Stage Gate process within the organization and ensure new product development process consistent across all business units.

What your role will be?

Collaborating with the cross functional teams, and reporting to the Project & Process Management Director, you will have the opportunity to

• Own the full process management, which includes New Product Development (NPD) pipeline portfolio and training.
• NPD Pipeline Management
  • Working with Product Portfolio Management, R&D and cross functional team to support the development of global NPD pipeline.
  • Working with Product & Brand teams to maintain Project Tracking Repository, including proposals, work plans, status report, changes, etc.
• Training
  • Ensure all key Gate keepers and stakeholders are well trained and have deep understanding of the Process. 
• Manage the calendarization of the Stage gate meetings, which includes meetings run timely, clear information is delivered, and follow through any outstanding tasks and ensure completion.

What will you bring to Ansell ?

• Demonstrated knowledge in product management, and experience in project management in a global setup.
• A Certifiied Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Sound experience in Stage Gate Process in a matrix environment.
